 Joining Intuition as a Digital Marketing Executive in 2023 has been a transformative journey. Initially immersing myself in the L&D sector, I've rapidly transitioned to working on impactful inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns for our audiences in Europe, Middle East, and the Americas. This role has allowed me to hone my skills in SEO, content creation, and data reporting & analysis, significantly increasing web traffic and enhancing our brand's digital presence. The programme has not only sharpened my professional abilities and interpersonal skills, but also fostered personal growth because of the trust my team places on my capabilities. I joined Intuition in Jan 2022. As a multimedia developer, I take an active part in the production of a variety of web-based learning solutions, which strengthens my skills in web design and development. I have also gained a more solid understanding of how my skillset fits in the corporate environment by building interactive e-learning contents for clients around the world, and by helping with the maintenance of several company websites. What's more, the multimedia team attracts people of diverse backgrounds, from arts to computer science. GRADUATE PROJECT MANAGER

Based in our Dublin office, Project Management roles require creative collaboration with our graphic design, multimedia, instructional design, testing, and editorial teams as well as managing external suppliers and engaging subject matter experts to deliver cutting-edge content for our customers around the world.

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet strict deadlines. You should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects across multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, and capable of developing solutions for new business needs. Confidence in your PM abilities is essential.

This role involves:

  • Interacting with clients on a daily basis
  • Creatively contributing to the project vision, objectives, activities, tasks and outcomes
  • Determining requirements of the customer, providing clear estimations of feasibility and risks, and answering RFPs and project proposals
  • Managing multiple projects while maintaining project documentation and status reports.
  • Managing key financials and updating clients on project status

Selected candidates will commence their journey with an initial two-week training period at our Dublin headquarters before transitioning to their permanent role in London.

The ideal candidates for these positions will be innovative, driven and highly motivated to succeed. They will be client-focused with excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ability to multitask and work independently are key requirements, while ambition and diligence are expected as standard.

The successful candidates will be at the forefront of our business development efforts and will be involved in a wide array of activities to gain exposure to and build familiarity with our products, services, and markets. Initially, this will involve working with other members of the team in a support capacity to manage and grow overall client relationships, before taking on more client-facing, revenue-driven roles.

These Roles Involve:

This is a full-time permanent position based in our Dublin office.

The successful candidate will join our team of Instructional Designers to design high-quality eLearning materials for clients across a broad range of industries. You will listen actively, question with empathy, write persuasively, and convey solutions with conviction. You will apply creative solutions to translate source content into engaging units of learning.

Based in our Limerick office, you will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, graphic designers, and eLearning media developers across distributed locations.

This role involves:

  • Building relationships with project sponsors and subject matter experts
